Application for EmploymentTeaching Opportunties
YALI is continually looking for qualified English teachers who will uphold the values and strong reputation it is known and respected for. Qualified candidates will hold a B.A. from an accredited University. Preferably, candidates will have appropriate English teaching qualifications and some experience, although this is not a requirement.
EFL Interns will work 4 hours a day, teaching two classes, 5 days a week (Saturday-Wednesday). Participating in a one-month pre-service training, EFL interns will also participate in in-service workshops and cooperate with other teachers to ensure state-of-the-art teaching methodology.
Summer Internships are also available to those looking for a short term program. Summer interns will work the same hours as 1-year interns, but will primarily be working with YALI's teenage summer program. Compensation is the same as year long interns except airfare to and from Yemen.
